Smoke in Crowded Areas

I guess every non-smoker had their experience of having to inhale cigeratte smoke each time they go to a crowded area. Most smokers in Malaysia don't seem to be aware that each time they smoke a cigeratte in crowded areas, a non-smoker suffer. Each time I get on a non-air conditioned public bus in Melaka, I will get smoke hitting my face either from the driver or some pre-pubescent kid. Is there too much smoke in their brains that they can't think properly? Smoking in public is very irresponsible as you are forcing non-smokers (who chose to be lung cancer free) to die slowly with you!

Is there any rules in Malaysia banning smoking in public areas? If there aren't why isn't it implemented? True, smokers had the right to smoke but so does non-smokers. We had the right of also not to smoke, so don't force use to inhale the smoke you had exhaled. If you want to smoke, do it privately at a corner where there is no one around (or alternatively you can go to a corner where all the smokers are at).
