Killer Public Transports!!!

Is it just me or KL public transports are dangerous? I don't know if this happens on a regular basis (since I am not from KL) but I was nearly squashed by the sliding doors in a LRT station and was force to do a Jackie Chan stunt on a Mini Bus and these 2 things happened all in one day!

I was entering the LRT and halfway inside the door (the station's door, not the LRT's) began to close and hit my elbow hard and for a second there I was stunned and luckily my girlfriend pulled me out. Don't the LRTs have this censor thing to sense there are still pessengers going in? My friend got his clothes stuck in between the LRT doors and was force to wait by the doors until the next station.

A few hours later as I was about to go back (this happened in Kajang), I took a mini bus. The mini bus was packed (I think it carried passengers twice its capacity) and I stood near the door. When the bus stopped at a station someone from behind wants to get off the bus so the bus driver told me to go down the bus first so that the person can get off the bus. So I got down the bus and once the guy got off the bus driver started moving. Panicked, I ran after the bus while grabbing the pole near the bus' door. And ran for a while before getting on. What's worse the driver did not stop, he didn't even notice me. Luckily the bus is going very slow and I was able to get on the bus.

Is this normal in KL? Had any case about LRT doors closing when you are getting on the LRT happened to you? Please feel free to leave a comment.

Spanners... don't you hate them?

I just hate spanners. No, not the one you can find in the toolbox. I am talking about those assholes who will hit on your girlfriend eventhough they know she is attached. Currently there is this one particular asshole who is trying to hit on my girlfriend despite of her rejecting him several times (talk about having a thick skin huh?). Its not that I am afraid of my girlfriend running away, its just that he is just fucking annoying. Imagine some guy bothering your girlfriend everytime by calling her often even you know that he doesn't had a chance. Annoying isn't it?

He's even more annoying now as we are having our semester break and he seems to be calling my girlfriend often which my girlfriend found it very annoying. Dammit, spanners (even those sucky ones) should be castrated I tell you!!!

What Marvel vs EA should look like

EA had recently released a game title Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. The game is actually about Marvel Superheroes/villians vs EA created characters (since EA do not have "superheroes" unlike Capcom). So basically it is Marvel vs EA. Still I think this is what the real Marvel vs EA should look like (using EA's own roster).

Iron Man vs Tiger Woods - its millionaire vs millionaire with Tony Stark's iron armor vs Woods' Iron

Captain America vs an army of Chinese soldiers from Battlefield 2 - Its the no.1 American patriotic Superhero vs an army of patriotic Chinese soldiers. Its one superhero vs an army of gun-wielding normal human beings

The Thing vs Nissan Skyline (from Need for Speed Underground series) - Its muscle man vs muscle car.

Magneto vs Gandalf (EA own rights to LOTR ) - Sir Ian McAllen vs himself in this mutant powers vs wizardry battle.

Babe of the Month: Ayaka Komatsu

Saw this cutie when I was randomly surfing (no not porn) and decided immediately that she is going to be my babe of the month. When I dug up more details I found out that she is actually one of the Sailor Moon (Venus) in the sucky show Sailor Moon Live Action Series, which one of my housemate Wei Kin love so much. Now I know why Wei Kin love that series so much, I swear to not laugh at him for watching Sailor Moon again (you should stop too Yun Chuan)!

Ok back to her details, she is only 19 this year (either I am getting old or all the babes are getting younger >_<) and is born on July 23rd 1986. Enough about her, here's the pics: Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Random thoughts...

Was watching a Singapore channel and there's an ad about Daredevil the movie showing next week on that channel and something struck me.

Why did the censorship board ban the movie Daredevil (some say it is ban due to the title contain devil) and still let allow Man Utd matches to be aired?

6 Months and still going strong

DISCLAIMER: This post is about me and my girlfriend. If anyone reading this is offended by mushy stuffs stay away... hehe... I will not be responsible if any of you guys (kenneth and melvin especially hehehe) felt nauseaus after reading this post. Read at your own risk ^_^

6 months... that's like half a year. That's like 24 weeks or 187 days or 4488 hours or 269,280 minutes or 16,156,800 (that is if all my calculations are assumed to be correct). That is the amount of time that me and my girlfriend had been together and it seems that our relationship is getting stronger each passing day. I can't believe that we had been sticking to each other for so long already since I had heard a lot of horror stories about couples getting bored of each other after the 3 months period. True we had our arguments every now and then but everytime after one huge argument we seem to be sticking to each other more.

Well enough of these mushy stuffs, I just hope we can be together for as long as our life permits. Dear, if you are reading this I want to tell you I love you very very very much.

Health problems...

I am currently being plague by two serious problems. The first one is my over sensitive nose since birth and the other is my bad back which started since last year due to late night sleep and stuff like that. Well I had enough of all this.

First my nose is getting from bad to worse. It is getting more and more itchy these days and most of the time it is so itchy that I have to scratch it til' it bleeds. Ever since I am young I had been tortured by my nose, its like I have lost the ability to smell. I can't smell anything that have a very weak scent. This sucks because I can't really taste food as it is meant to be. I can only taste the overall taste not the detail taste of the food. The only thing that can "cure" the itch temporarily is by eating flu medicine that will knock me out like a bear hibernating during winter time. The side effects the medicine had on me is drowsiness, no matter how much I sleep the next day I will still feel the effects of the medicine.

To make this worse my back is also getting worse. Each time I sit or stand for more than 2 hours it will start to ache. This sucks because I can't concentrate fully on gaming or studying while long hours means more pain on my back. I can't do simple chores that require me to bend down (stop thinking elsewhere pervs!) for like more than 10 minutes. I just can't believe I had a bad back at this young age >_<>

Corruption...Corruption

Was reading The Star today (yesterday if you want to be precise) and the headlines read "ACA nabs son of Senior Cop". I was wondering what is it such a big deal? Its just some cop's son, its not like its some big shot that is caught or anything. Why is it in the headlines? Is it placed there to tell the people that the government is doing its very best to fight graft?

When will it be the day that we see "S*** V**** Suspected for Corruption" or "R****** caught for Corruption" instead?

Now I can blog all I want whenever I return back home to my hometown. Thank God!

Welcome to Malaysia

This is on Monday's Straits Time (click link for full story):

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who is the BN whip, hauled up Datuk Bung Moktar Radin (BN-Kinabatangan) and Datuk Mohamed Aziz (BN-Sri Gading) and said he would refer them to the Cabinet as they had breached party policy.

The two had supported a motion by Opposition leader Lim Kit Siang to refer International Trade and Industry Ministry secretary-general Datuk Sidek Hassan to the Committee of Privileges.

Najib said under the party’s policy and practice, BN MPs cannot support a motion by an Opposition party.

"As such, we have informed the two MPs involved. They have expressed their regret and offered their apologies," he said at the Parliament lobby here.

In short, two MPs is getting their ass grilled and force to apologise for supporting the Opposition on the AP issue. Is this what democracy is all about in Malaysia? One must be in full support of his/her party eventhough it is in the wrong?

They did that too...

The next time your teacher or lecturers or some God-damn PTPTN officers reprimand you for being rude for talking when they are teaching or giving a speech, tell them it is not because MPs do it all the time in the zoo Parliament. If it is ok for them to do it, it should be ok for you too. Malaysia memang boleh!

Smoke in Crowded Areas

I guess every non-smoker had their experience of having to inhale cigeratte smoke each time they go to a crowded area. Most smokers in Malaysia don't seem to be aware that each time they smoke a cigeratte in crowded areas, a non-smoker suffer. Each time I get on a non-air conditioned public bus in Melaka, I will get smoke hitting my face either from the driver or some pre-pubescent kid. Is there too much smoke in their brains that they can't think properly? Smoking in public is very irresponsible as you are forcing non-smokers (who chose to be lung cancer free) to die slowly with you!

Is there any rules in Malaysia banning smoking in public areas? If there aren't why isn't it implemented? True, smokers had the right to smoke but so does non-smokers. We had the right of also not to smoke, so don't force use to inhale the smoke you had exhaled. If you want to smoke, do it privately at a corner where there is no one around (or alternatively you can go to a corner where all the smokers are at).

Bear Season?

Is it just me or is Bear hunting season on? It seems that I nearly got killed twice yesterday. I nearly got run down twice when I was walking at the side of the road. Its not like I walk in the middle of the road or trying to cross a busy highway with one leg or something, I walk at the very side of the road and anymore I will have to walk the drain and yet a motorcycle without his headlights on (guess he must be emulating Takumi) and a speeding 4 Wheeler. What is it with driver's and motorcyclists these days? Is driving at the side of the road where there are pedestrians a trend now? Or they just want my handsome face as their hunt trophy to be displayed on top of their fireplace?

Finding Chow Sheng...

Yesterday night I got a phone from one of my best friend, BK that my friend Chow Sheng is in Bali for a holiday. I was shocked. He told me he will call his family to ask whether he had called home or not and we hanged up. After a while I call BK back and he told me that his family still do not know whether he is safe or not. As I blog this I still do not know his whereabouts and don't know is he safe. The only consolation I get is that so far no Malaysians or Singaporeans (he is there on a holiday with his Polytechnic pals) is hurt or killed.

May we all pray for his safety.

To Give or Not To Give?

Last Wednesday when I was in the pasar malam I came across two beggars. Both beggars had lost one of their legs and they are crawling with their hands and their bellies on the ground. They have a piece of plastic cover to placed under their bellies of course. When I looked at them felt this huge amount of sympathy towards these two beggars until my logical part of my brain tell me that two beggars with the same handicap, crawling on plastic covers (which even had the same quality and colour) I tell myself they might be from some underground syndicate preying on our sympaties. So I resisted the urge to put money in their containers.

After walking around I come back to where those two beggars are crawling and my heart felt heavy with sympathy again (believe it or not, I have a soft heart). Then again I am in the dillema of either to donate or not. At the end I resisted that urge and go with my logical part of my brain and just walk away.

Sometimes I really wish to help those beggars by donating but news of underground syndicates who pray on our sympathies and news of how some beggars are even richer than our parents with an honest job just make me think another way. Sometimes because of these people we don't know who are the real ones who need our help and who don't. If only this world is a little more straightforward.

My God... Again?

Just when you thought lightning never strike twice at the same place, Bali is bombed again. Damn you terrorists, why can't you go identify the real enemy and leave civilians out of the picture?

Guess the least we can do now is say a short prayer for those victims.
