May the Lord bless your soul. A soul that had carrued the burden of leading the Roman Catholic Church into a new era. A soul whose influence is far greater than any World leader for the past 26 years. A soul who had escape from the clutches of death twice due o assasination attempts. A soul who practice what the Lord had preach by forgiving the men who tried to kill you. A soul who devote his life in trying to bridge the gap between religions by spearheading inter faith forums and seminars.
I might had condemn some of your doctrines and your ultra-conservative beliefs such as trying to ban contraceptions, canonising saints without much investigations but by the end of the day I believe you are a great man and also the one of the greatest leader God had given to the Catholic Church. I can only pray that your successor would be a man as great as you.
